Product categories, industries and manufacturer names are examples, not a list of items held in stock or a guarantee that a particular item can be supplied.

Submitting an enquiry, a requirement or a supplier quotation does not create a contract. Any supply is made only under a written quotation from HPI that you accept, and under HPI’s terms and conditions of sale [link or reference]. Prices, lead times and availability are confirmed in each quotation.

We acknowledge enquiries within 48 hours. Response and quotation times depend on the item and its supply route.

4. Challenge the Quote

When you send us a supplier quotation to review, we will assess whether we can offer a competitive alternative. We do not guarantee a lower price or better terms. Quotations you share are treated as confidential and are used only to review your requirement. We will not contact the quoted supplier without your permission.
