Horizon Procurements International is an independent international sourcing and procurement company with registered operations in the United Kingdom and United States.
Through our established network of more than 8,000 suppliers and distributors and 5,000 manufacturers and OEMs, we help businesses access sourcing opportunities beyond their existing supply channels.
Our work ranges from everyday industrial spare parts and replacement equipment to specialist machinery, obsolete components and complete engineered systems.
Sometimes the opportunity is straightforward: sourcing the same genuine product at a more competitive price or with improved delivery. Other times, it means identifying an alternative manufacturer, locating difficult-to-source equipment or coordinating a complex procurement requirement.
Our role is to source the right product, from the right supplier, on the right commercial terms.

Industrial buyers carry the risk when a part is counterfeit, mis-specified or arrives without its paperwork. Our process is built to remove that risk before an order is placed, not after the goods arrive.
We would rather decline an opportunity than risk supplying the wrong item.
Checked before we quote
We check part numbers against nameplate data, serial numbers and datasheets. Discrepancies are raised with you before an offer is made, not discovered on delivery.
Genuine OEM or approved equivalent
We supply the specified OEM item by default. An equivalent is offered only where you have asked for one, and it is clearly identified, with the manufacturer’s information for your decision.
Documentation with the goods
We request the certificates your specification calls for, such as certificates of conformity, material test certificates, test reports and datasheets, and confirm before ordering which ones the supplier will provide.
Inspection and export paperwork
We arrange pre-shipment and third-party inspection when you need it. We coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other export documents for each shipment.
Compliant and confidential
We trade in line with UK and US export control, sanctions and anti-bribery requirements. Your documents are treated as confidential, and we will not contact a quoted supplier without your permission.
